You can create a new Group of Groups (GoG) by clicking the Create Group of Groups button when the layer is in Spatial Edit Mode. This opens the Create Group of Groups dialog.

On the General tab of the Group of Groups dialog, enter attribute values. Required attributes are highlighted in red. Note that each organization may define their own attributes that pertain to each Group of Groups.

A warning symbol is shown when a mandatory attribute value has not been entered. You will not be able to save the new Group of Groups record until these attribute fields have valid values. When you are satisfied with the attribute values click Save. A success message appears briefly onscreen.

After you have saved the Group of Groups, click the Sub-groups tab. You are now ready to add sub-groups.
