Manhole-Surface Storage Attributes

Attribute	Description
Surface Storage Type	Lets you choose how surface storage is handled. The value chosen here affects the availability of other fields: select Default Storage Equation , Surface Depth-Area Curve , No Storage , or Ponded Area. Note that the default storage equation uses the following formula to internally calculate a reasonable surface storage. Depth and area units are converted automatically based on your current display units. When depth (above ground) is less than 4.0 feet: Area (acres) = 0.262 y - 0.068 y^2 + 0.006 y^3 (where y = depth in feet) When depth (above ground) is greater than 4.0 feet: Area = 0.344 acres
Surface Depth-Area Curve	Lets you describe the volume of the surface storage by defining depth vs. area points. Click the Ellipsis (…) button in this field to open the Surface Depth-Area dialog box (see "Surface Depth-Area Curve Editor"-146). This field is available only when the Surface Storage Type attribute is set to Surface Depth-Area Curve .
Area (Constant Surface)	Lets you define the area in which ponding occurs at the currently selected element. It is available only when the Surface Storage Type attribute is set to Ponded Area .
