The variable time steps dialog is accessible from the
Export to Excel dialog when the Time Step Mode is set to Variable.
The dialog is organized into two sections:
- Toolbar
- New – adds a new row to
the table.
- Delete – deletes the
selected row from the table.
- The first row cannot
be deleted.
- If multiple rows are
selected, the first row will be excluded from the delete operation.
- Table
- The table contains the
variable time step settings to use during export.
- Time from Start
- The time from start
where the settings of the row will be applied.
- Note that this is a
>= so if you enter in a value of 12 hours, it will start at 12 hours not
just above 12 hours.
- Output Type
- The output type
defines how the data is entered for a row.
- <All>
- All time steps
starting at the entered time from start will be included.
- Constant
- Enables editing
for the Report Time Step.
- Starting at the
time from start for this row, time steps that are equal intervals for the
report time step will be included during export.
- Any time steps
that are not an equal interval will be excluded.
- <None>
- All time steps
starting at the time from start will be excluded.
- At least one row must
use either <All> or Constant so that time steps are included during
export.
Click OK to save the settings entered. Cancel will ignore any changes
made.
