Main folder path

Shows the output folder path where the output files
are to be stored. Click the
[…] button to change the path.
Default value:
OpenBridge Modeler Export folder path.

Subfolder name
|
Shows an expression for the subfolder name where the
output files are to be stored.
Click the
[…] button to open the expression
builder dialog for the subfolder name.
Default value:

File Type
|
These radio button determines the ouput file format.
- IFC-If selected
groups, subgroups, and assemblies in the model are exported as separate IFC
files.
- DGN-If selected
groups, subgroups, and assemblies in the model are exported as separate 3D DGN
files.

Export Group / Subgroups / Assemblies
|
Check one or more options to export respectively,
the Groups | Subgroups | Assemblies from the current model.

File name
|
Shows an expression for the
groups/subgroups/assemblies output file name, respectively.
Click the
[…] button to open the expression builder
dialog for the file name.
Default value:
- for Groups:

- for Subgroups:
%Subgroup Position Number%
- for Assemblies:
%Assembly Name%
The individual output files will be then named with
assigned string defined in the expression builder.

Clear folder contents..
|
When checked, the existing output files with the
same file extensions as selected (i.e., *.dgn) are deleted from the subfolder
or main folder before generating new output files. If unchecked (default), no
files are deleted.

Open output folder
|
When checked, opens the output folder path upon
creating export object structure, where DGN of exported groups is saved. The
folder structure will have subfolders, named: Group, Subgroup, and Assemblies,
each stores the DGN files named as respective string prefixed in expression
builder.

Open log file
|
When checked, opens the log file (*.log) ,
containing summary of various actions the Export groups processed when the
output file being generated.

OK
|
Creates separate files as per selection made in dialog box and
closes the dialog.
|
Cancel
|
Closes the dialog without saving changes.
