To Create Variable Print Definitions

In the Print Organizer dialog, select
.
The Preferences dialog opens.
- Set the Enable variable print definitions check box if it’s not set, and then click OK.

Do one of the following:
In the Print Organizer dialog, select .
or
Drag files (DGN, DWG, raster, PDF, or i-models) from Windows Explorer into Print Organizer.
or
Drag models from the Models dialog into Print Organizer.
or
Drag links from Explorer into Print Organizer.
or
The Create Print Definitions dialog opens.

Click Add.
The Select Files dialog opens.
- Navigate to the desired folder and select the names of the files you want to add.

Click Done.
The Select Files dialog closes and the selected files are added to the Input files list box.
- Type in a Print style name or select Browse to locate a print style.

Click OK.
The Create Print Definitions dialog closes and the print definitions are added to Print Organizer.
