To Add a Custom Property to the Sheet Index

In the Explorer dialog, Sheet Index tab, click Open Sheet Index for Edit.
The sheet index is enabled for editing.

Select Manage Sheet Index.
The Manage Sheet Index dialog opens.

Do one of the following:
To add a custom sheet index property, click Add Property.
or
To add a custom folder property, select the Folder tab and click Add Property.
or
To add a custom sheet property, select the Sheet tab and click Add Property.
The Add Property dialog opens.
- In the Add Property dialog, enter the name and default value in the respective fields.
- Click OK.
