It is important for the user to understand the use of different data formats within CUBE 2024.

Because Voyager scripts continue to run on CUBE 6 data formats, all existing Voyager model workflows should continue to work without change in CUBE 2024.

However, because CUBE 2024 network editing features and new CubePy APIs require CUBE 2024 data formats it may be necessary to convert between CUBE 2024 and CUBE 6 data formats depending on the intended application workflow.

For application workflows requiring data conversion between formats, it is intended to use the new CubeConvert.exe program which may be inserted into applications using either the PILOT program or CubePy program boxes.
