Print Organizer Dialog Icons
This section describes the functions of the icons at the top of the Print Organizer dialog.
Setting | Description |
---|---|
New | Opens a new, empty print set file. If you have not saved the current print set file, Print Organizer prompts you to save it before exiting. |
Open | Used to open an existing print set file. |
Save | Used to save a print set. |
Opens the Print dialog. When the selected printer is the Windows system printer, the printed output is sent to the printer. When the selected printer is not the Windows system printer, the Save Print As dialog opens, to let you save the print file to disk for later submission to the required printer |

Print Preview | Used to preview a drawing prior to printing. |
Add Folder to Set | Adds a folder to the active print set. |
Add Files to Set | Used to add files to the active print set. |
Delete | Deletes the selected folder or print definition from the active print set. Deleting a folder also deletes all of the print definitions within that folder. |
Properties | Opens the Properties dialog, which lets your set various print definition properties. |
Move to Top | Moves the selected print definition or folder to the top of the parent folder. |
Move Up | Moves the selected print definition or folder up one position within the parent folder. |
Move Down | Moves the selected print definition or folder down one position within the parent folder. |
Move to Bottom | Moves the selected print definition or folder to the bottom of the parent folder. |
Views | Enables you to switch between a List view or a Details view. List view displays print definition names only, and Details view displays print definition names along with print definition information in tabular form. |
Browse Up | Enables you to browse from the active folder to its parent folder. |
