Details
The member is a 10' simply-supported span. The section is a 8" diameter closed cylindrical tube with a wall thickness of 0.1".
Axial loads:
- Dead load: PDL = 7.5 kips
- Roof live load: PLR = 20 kips
- Wind load: PW = 50 kips (concentrated load at mid-span)
